Host Thoughts on Gaslighting
Well, well, well….this was an interesting episode to say the least. I wanted to wait on this episode topic for a couple weeks, but now that I’ve seen how much gaslighting has impacted other aspects of my life, I felt it was time to get real with myself.
At the end of the day, gaslighting is a thing and it can take a while to recognize it. Thanks Adam for suggesting this topic and being so blunt about things no one wants to talk about.
This was a great episode. Sarah hasn’t been the same since dating Sergeant Slaughter, and I think we accidentally had a breakthrough mid-episode. Gaslighting is some powerful shit, and it shows that if someone as strong and independent as Sarah can be a victim of it, anyone can. Be vigilant and don’t let anyone make you feel crazy!
