Host Thoughts on Recovering from a Breakup

Take time to heal in a way that works best for you. If you need a week to eat ice cream and feel like crap, then buy a few gallons and eat up!  Breakups are never fun, but healing and growing from it will make you stronger for when you’re ready to meet new people and try to get into a healthier relationship. 

No good relationship ends. Keep saying that to yourself until you realize it’s true. Whatever good you saw there was tainted by something toxic and bad. Broken hearts rarely result in rational thinking, but it’s important to see a breakup as a chance to grow, learn, and find something healthier in the future.
